Which areas are we considering?

We are expanding and looking for new sites near you.

We will look at anything South of Luton, edge of M25 particularly sought-after including Redhill, Reigate, Tunbridge Wells, Guilford, Basingstoke, Camberley, Slough and Croydon.

 

What is Standby all about?

We offer customers a fast and friendly storage experience. All of our units have drive up access to enable easy loading and unloading of goods.  All our units are kept clean, dry and secure, and all new customers can rent either online or at the facility.

 

A large, mostly empty paved lot with a few delivery vans, including several Amazon Prime trucks, parked in a row near the back. Industrial buildings and a white wall with fading paint are visible in the background under a clear blue sky—ideal for business storage needs.

Size of the site required?

Our Site requirements 15000 to 60,000 Square Feet. Ideally we would prefer reasonably level ground with drainage & electric supply if available.

 

Usage and Planning

Ideally we would require B8 industrial and storage use, industrial areas and estate rather than residential locations. However, we are willing to look at any sites with the potential for self storage use (subject to planning). Some of our facilities are 24 hour access to customers, this is preferred, however not essential for our facilities.

Our Terms

Leasehold – It is essential for us to have a long lease of 10 years minimum.
